In this series, we will talk about virtually every aspect of labor and delivery. As part of the class, we'll explain how your body changes during the birth process. You'll learn exercises for breathing and relaxing, and we'll go over medications available to help you during labor. We'll discuss how to get ready for the hospital: What to bring, insurance issues, and hospital procedures. In addition, we'll help you consider how to feed your baby, find a doctor, and begin life as a new parent. If you're considering Breastfeeding, you'll want to check out our Breastfeeding class! If you haven't been around a newborn in a while, the newborn care class is a must-take to be up on all the new pediatric recommendations for care of the newborn, including cord care, circumcision care, bathing, etc! A Tour is included with this class.
